This is a simple homemade coleslaw recipe. You can adjust the mayo content to your taste, adding more if you like a creamier dressing.
- 1/2 C. mayo
- 1/4 C. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 large head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 large carrots, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, combine the mayo, vinegar, and sugar. Pour over the cabbage and carrots, stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate before serving.
