- 1 1/4 C. pitted dates, packed
- 1 C. walnuts
- 1/2 C. goji berries
- 1/4 C. cacao nibs
- 1/4 C. peanut butter
- 1/3 C. vanilla protein powder or 1 packet vanilla Shakeology
- 1/4 C. chia seed

Mix all ingredients in a blender until they form a dough. Roll into 1″ balls. Freeze, and enjoy!
