Avocado Toast with Sprouted-Grain Bread and Egg
Recipe: Avocado Toast with Egg
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices sprouted-grain bread
- 2 eggs
- Everything but the Bagel seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions:
- Toast the sprouted-grain bread slices until they’re crispy.
- While the bread is toasting, slice the ripe avocado.
- Mash the avocado and spread it evenly on the toasted bread slices.
- Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the avocado.
- In a separate pan, cook two eggs to your desired level of doneness.
- Place the cooked eggs on top of the avocado toast.
- Sprinkle everything seasoning over the eggs.
- Serve and enjoy your avocado toast with a delicious egg on top.
